dun dun DUNNNNNN

Wed Sep 23, 2009, 1:21 PM
tomorrow at noon i will find out if waiting on Evil Schemes has paid off. i'll also find out, whether it does or not, if it manages to pull me out of the funk of a truly terribad week at work... 27 of 40 hours completed so far, and 6 autistic meltdowns. if things aren't better today/tomorrow than they were yesterday, likelihood of doing somethign regrettable is... dangerously high. guts are too roily to keep anything down due to stress. i really REALLY hope that the Evil Schemes pay off.

Evil Schemes? What?

Profanity is the inevitable linguistic crutch of the inarticulate motherfucker.

I don't fail; I succeed at finding what doesn't work.

Hopes something keeps you from melting down again.
Wants things to get better for you.

Let me know ... k?

Previous opaque journal entries hint at it ... like this one: [link]

Well, I hope your Evility is amply rewarded. Perhaps our last freedom is the freedom to create the person we want to be.

At work, as I've said elsewhere, I feel like I'm in the short bus at Clown College. I'm trying to propose Project Angry Mob to instruct our customers in How Not To Be A Dick. Perhaps we can pool our research.

my problem isn't actually customers this week, its managers who think that two competent full-timers and two [appropriate expletive not found, database fatigue failure] should be perfectly capable of shouldering their own load and making up for a 42 man-hour shortage PER DAY.

this morning i "responded" to last night's whingefest at the morning meeting and they admitted they'd gone too far, and then made excuses as to why. thankfully they've stopped arguing with me when i let them have it with both barrels, since they've learned it'll either be swearing at them in cat, and thus an autistic meltdown where the safest course is to shrug it off, or a finely tuned and exquisitely controlled steamroller of logic with which i will not hesitate to reduce any defense they care to offer to nanometric thickness.

we'll see tomorrow. we'll see tomorrow.

Well I hope your project works out to your delight!

And I likewise hope that you are not forced into a bad place at work. That's never a good thing, and with so many id10ts out there in the management world, it can sometimes be difficult to avoid. :(
