am i the only one who finds it strange when a work music policy bans "Sound of Silence" for being "dangerously subversive," Muse and Foo Fighters as a whole for being "too obscene," then allows bad techno that is just robot voices screaming "fuck me" for five minutes in varying speed, or "turn back time" which, and this might be unique to aspie brain, but seems to translate to "now that you've wised up and left my abusive ass i've realized i should've treated you like a human being with thoughts dreams and emotions and not a twat at my beck and call, i know there's no way for me to ever make up for what i've done, so will you please pretend it never happened so we can start all over again? I promise that your resumption of the doormattish tendencies i've exploited for so long will not lead me to regress into the behaviour you've come to hate me for." it's dressed up in pretty hyperbole, but THAT is an offensive damned song!
....want to be able to hear some music at work that doesn't make me want to hurt people.....

Devious Comments
Lucky I was a driver and only had to listen to it once or twice before going on a run and listening to my own music. And sadly there was no fire ax to convince the music otherwise and both the manager and assistant manager liked it ... so it would have been a little tricky going over their heads.
